This one bedroom, one bath apartment is located on the second floor of a 6-plex. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance of many local businesses and restaurants on 27th street, as well as bus routes, a bike path and both UNL campuses. Along with the one bedroom, it has a kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Cats are welcomed (no dogs!) with a one time pet deposit of $125.00 plus monthly pet rent. You must complete our screening process at https://dhi.petscreening.com even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed.

Security deposit of $500.00. Application fee is $35.00 for every adult that will be residing in the property.

Landlord pays for water, sewer and refuse. Tenant responsible for all other utilities.

Tenant must carry a valid renters insurance policy.
