This is a bigger two bedroom apartment located on the main floor. It has off-street parking and a deck. It's only a mile away from UNL Downtown and East Campus.

Cats are welcomed (no dogs!) with a one time pet deposit of $150.00 plus monthly pet rent. You must complete our screening process at https://dhi.petscreening.com even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed.

Security deposit of $600.00. Application fee is $35.00 for every adult that will be residing in the property.

Landlord pays for water, sewer and refuse. Tenant responsible for all other utilities.

Tenant must carry a valid renters insurance policy.
